(The Source) Suspended chief executive of Croco Holdings, one of
Zimbabwes largest automobile dealers, Farai Matsika has been declared
insolvent in South Africa.
Matsika was declared insolvent by the South African High Court, according to court papers seen by The Source on Wednesday.
Matsika was suspended as chief executive of Croco Motors in January
this year, although the companys website and his LinkedIn page still
list him in that capacity.
He co-owns Croco Motors and Doves Holdings, alongside chairman Moses Chingwena.
The matter, entered in High Court records as case number 58704/2015, was heard in the High Court in Pretoria on May 9, 2016.
