QUESTION: I have a number of credit cards as well as a personal loan and I struggle to make all of the repayments on time every month.
Ive tried to speak to a couple of the credit card companies but they dont seem too keen to help.
Ive heard that I can get rid of my debts if I go bankrupt but I dont really want to do that because there are downsides to that.
Is there any way I can come to some agreement with the companies I owe money to that will help me pay off the debt?
