Paris, France: After the epidemic and Russias invasion of Ukraine, Africa is facing decades-high levels of debt, but the international community is finding it difficult to come to an agreement on whether to continue providing financial assistance to the continent.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said in a report Friday that public debt and inflation in sub-Saharan Africa were at levels not seen in decades.
