Joe Brake has overseen Coca-Cola‘s bottling operations in Bethlehem for 17 years, but like the industry he’s represented, he’s also undergoing a transition.
Coca-Cola’s major restructuring of its bottling operations means a major shift in roles for Brake, from running day-to-day operations at the plant to working out of his Upper Saucon Township home.
Brake will be helping the plant’s owner, Pittsburgh-based ABARTA Inc., transition the family-owned company into strictly a distributor of Coke products.
