A candidate willing to contest polls in future will have to mandatorily declare whether s/he is holding any office of profit under the Central Government or State Governments, whether s/he has been disqualified under office of profit by the President of India, whether s/he was dismissed for corruption or for disloyalty while holding office under the Central Government or State Governments, and whether s/he is under allegiance or adherence to any foreign country.
