Casablanca Clothing Ltd, the high-end fashion brand known it colourful and exuberant fusion of luxury and leisurewear, has been acquired in a corporate restructuring deal to power its future growth.
Founded in 2018 by Charaf Tajer, the business was sold as a going concern for an undisclosed sum and will now operate under the name of Casablanca Paris Ltd, with the incumbent creative team remaining in place. The deal injects fresh capital into the brand to continue its “eye-catching growth”.
