Charlie Nicholas company has gone bust after failing to settle unpaid debts.
The former Celtic players firm, Claremont Media Promotions, has been placed into liquidation following a court order.
The move comes after Glasgow Sheriff Court heard an application for a liquidator to be appointed to shut the company down.
The company was used to channel earnings from Nicholas career as a football pundit. Accounts show that last year the company owed creditors £110,000.
