A company behind a New Plymouth cafe has been placed into liquidation.
Two accountants have been appointed as liquidators in the case of Little Crate Limited, following a hearing in the High Court at New Plymouth on June 27.
On February 15, the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) filed proceedings against the company, which traded as a cafe at the Countdown supermarket complex on Hori St in New Plymouth.
