NSW Attorney-General Gabrielle Upton has asked the NSW Law Reform Commission to review insurance laws that could prevent directors and officers from accessing their personal liability insurance.
Ms Upton said the laws had been subject to judicial criticism and should be either re-drafted or removed altogether.
