Codema’s bankruptcy will be wound up as if only one company were insolvent. The trustee has been given permission to do so, according to a new bankruptcy report. There are actually several company branches, but they are strongly acquired.
Since the publication of the second bankruptcy report, a total of 358 unsecured creditors have come forward. That was less than 300 last October. Together, the unsecured creditors are now waiting for a total of over EUR 14.1 million. The tax authorities have submitted a preferential claim of 11.5 million euros to the receiver and the UWV for over 6 tonnes.
In addition, ABN Amro, as a pledgee, claims liens on Codema’s stock and on receivables from debtors. Work in progress will be invoiced out. The tr…
