Vineet Rao and Sankar Bora, Co-founders of DealShare have parted ways with ecommerce company amid business restructuring followed by multiple rounds of layoffs this year.
Rao, who resigned as CEO in July, initially aimed to collaborate with the board to appoint a new CEO. However, he has officially left the company, with DealShare yet to announce his successor, according to a media report.
COO Sankar Bora also departed as the company undergoes a relocation of its non-tech functions to Gurugram. As of March 2022, Rao held an 11.7 per cent stake, while Bora had around 3.2 per cent.
