An independent craft brewing business has been forced to wind up its operations two months on from being plunged into voluntary administration after financial difficulties.
Deeds Brewing this week let customers know in a “sad announcement” that it was the end of the road for the Melbourne-based business after more than a decade.
A post to the brewery’s 24,000 Instagram followers said a buyer or investor had not been found in the eight weeks since administrators were called in.
“We have made the difficult decision to wind up our business. We’ve poured our hearts into every brew, every interaction, and every moment shared with you,” the post said.
