CONVICTED paedophile David Glass has dodged paying £393,000 in compensation to his victim by declaring himself bankrupt while behind bars.
The 59-year-old businessman was jailed for five years in January for sexually assaulting young boys at his caravan in the East Neuk, Fife.

Glass, from Anstruther, had been ordered to pay compensation but has since claimed he is bankrupt, with debts totalling £600,000.
But his victim is calling for an end to legal loopholes which allow abusers to dodge paying their victims.
