A DUNDEE firm has filed for insolvency, less than four months after it was fined £50,000 following the death of one of its workers.
Diamond Wheels (Dundee) Ltd is owned and operated by Paul Marr.
The firm, which specialised in restoring alloy wheels for cars, admitted a catalogue of serious health and safety failings over the death of Steven Conway at its premises in the city in 2011.
The firm was fined £50,000 by Sheriff Alistair Brown at Dundee Sheriff Court on October 30.
A meeting of the companys creditors will be held in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Dundee on March 10.
