The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has placed Dungog business Wards Independent Living into liquidation.
Wards Independent Living also trades under the monikers of Barringtons Wilderness Resort, Ability Information Technology, Little Grey Goat, Stay in Dungog, Wild HQ and Made in Dungog.
Company stakeholders were told of the decision on August 12 and liquidator Chad Rapsey was appointed.
The liquidation was announced publicly on ASICs website on August 17.
A meeting of creditors will be held in Newcastle at 2pm on August 31.
A company director is expected to give a statement to creditors at the meeting.
