Prospective buyers are already circling New Zealand streetwear label Federation, which owes more than $1 million to creditors.
Liquidators are attempting to sell the 15-year-old company and its related businesses as a going concern.
Federation referred requests for comment to Keaton Pronk, an insolvency manager with McDonald Vague.
Pronk said several interested parties had already been in touch with liquidators, and an advertisement would run in a major newspaper tomorrow.
