THE director of a failed Sunshine Coast shopfitting company will make a settlement offer to creditors next month.
The business, KDH Enterprises which operated as KDH Design, went into liquidation in February 2017.
It employed 30 staff and had clients throughout Australia and New Zealand such as Jeanswest, Bras N Things, Billabong and Surf Dive and Ski.
Worrells liquidator Dane Hammond said much of what would be discussed was confidential.
The offer will be made on May 2.
“An offer has been put forward from parties to settle,” Mr Hammond said.
“It is a couple of years old now but there were 30-odd staff employed at the time.
“The staff were by and large paid the entitlements from the government scheme.
