This restructure plan is a disaster for the public servants whose jobs are on the line, and it’s a disaster for anyone who’s been unfairly fined,” Mr Little said.
“If youve been unfairly fined and you ring to get a review, that call should be handled by an experienced, impartial public servant.
“But under this plan, every time you ring you will get someone who is working under a the pressure of a KPI to suck money out of you.”
