Bauchi State governor, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar has asked the leadership of the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, and related organizations in the country to support the presidency for taking a bold step to transform the economy and shun their plans to embark on strike over the removal of fuel subsidy.
The governor pointed out that the governments decision would save the nation nearly a trillion naira that was spent last year in the name of subsidy to provide the needed infrastructure.
