In 2019 Charles Innes was discharged from bankruptcy after the failure of several businesses. By the end of the year he was at the helm of a new company, Podular, which promised architectural modular housing for less. Hes now apologising to people who poured their life savings into homes which wont be built. Kelly Dennett reports.
