A Mexican court has officially declared ABC Aerolneas, known as Interjet, bankrupt, marking the end of a tumultuous period for the airline which ceased operations over two years ago. The decision by Judge Sal Martnez mandates the liquidation of the airline’s assets under the supervision of trustee Gerardo Sierra Arrazola, excluding legally protected assets, to repay the airline’s creditors.
