DISQUALIFIED former One Nation senator Rod Culleton has had a rare legal win after a second attempt to have him declared bankrupt was thrown out of the Federal Court.
Farmers Bruce Bell and Frank Bertola brought a creditors petition to court claiming to represent 40 individuals or entities owed an estimated $5 million by Mr Culleton.
However court registrar Russell Trott told Mr Bertola it was incompetent, he should have received legal advice first and dismissed it, awarding any costs to Mr Culleton.
