The Old Trafford fake bomb blunder that resulted in Manchester United’s clash with Bournemouth being abandoned on Sunday could result in the liquidation of the security company which misplaced the suspect package.

The Premier League club have blamed Security Search Management & Solutions Ltd (SSMS) for leaving a fake bomb training prop within the stadium after completing safety drills on Wednesday, despite claiming it was accounted for.
