A branch of a melbourne hospitality chain that has ties to several popular food and drink venues has collapsed.
Legacy Hospitality Group Pty Ltd went into liquidation on October 6, according to documents filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Andrew Knight and Sebastian Hams from insolvency group KordaMentha have been appointed as liquidators.

A spokesperson from the KordaMentha said: “The company we have been appointed to is only one entity within a broader group of entities in the Legacy group.”
Those entities are several food related businesses including catering company Tommy Collins, the newly revamped Post Office Club Hotel in St Kilda and Hawthorn East café Rumour Has It.
Legacy chief executive Ben Avramides co-founded Tommy Collins in 2007, which has provided catering to several major events such as the Caulfield Cup Carnival and the Melbourne Fashion Festival.
Legacy does not own the entities but provided them with management services.
The businesses have not been impacted by the collapse.
