Post Newspapers Editor in Chief Fred Mmembe has come out of the woods to hit back at the High Court notice for the liquidation of the publication.
Mmembe labelled the process corrupt and also said the employees in whose name the court action was taken left the company on their own accord without making any claim from the company.
On Tuesday the High Court issued a provisional order for The Post to b placed under receivership for failing to pay the money it owes its creditors.
Mmembe has strong headedly refused to pay the K53 million owed to the Zambia Revenue Authorities but has been raising technicalities at every stage.
The Post Newspapers has remained closed from June 21.
