Student debt has increased to an historic amount, but a company in Chicago called Peanut Butter is here to help companies attract and retain millennial employees by creating student loan benefits. CEO and Kellogg School of Management graduate, David Aronson started the company in 2015. He said he believes in the next five years, that a majority of companies will offer student loan assistance plans.
