The future of a major private hospital in the New South Wales central west has been secured but not without job losses.

In May, the Orange Private Hospital entered voluntary administration less than two years after opening.
The operator of the facility, Nexus Hospitals, said at the time it had “faced industry-wide challenges of rising costs and severe staffing shortages” since opening in 2021.
