Union leader turned KPMG partner Paul Howes will lead the big four firms powerful consulting arm from mid-year, part of a restructure putting him in charge of a division that accounts for half of $2 billion in annual revenue.
The changes, which also include promoting new leaders to head the firms main divisions, were ahead of KPMGs appearance at the Senate inquiry into consultants and amid PwCs ongoing tax-leaks crisis.
