Twelve customers have been left in the lurch following news their perth“>Perth builder Western Luxury Homes had folded.
A notice published by ASIC revealed that it was decided on Friday that the northern suburbs firm would be wound up.
Travis Kukura and Jerome Hall Mohen from RSM Australia have been appointed liquidators.

It is understood Western Luxury Homes folded, leaving 12 homes incomplete.
Clients left with unfinished builds had signed contracts with the defunct firm from mid-2020.
The builder’s Facebook page, where it describes itself as a “leader in providing value-added construction services”, has been inactive for some time and its website has been pulled down.
Building and Energy said impacted clients should contact their home indemnity insurance provider.
“This enables homeowners to begin the process of engaging another registered builder to complete the work or managing other remedies they may be entitled to,” the building regulator’s executive director Saj Abdoolakhan said.
