Fashion chain Topshop has closed its perth store, less than three years after opening in the Murray Street mall.
Pictures taken at the weekend showed the store boarded up, with advertisements for Carillon City.
The retailer was placed in voluntary administration in May because of rising debts.
The Perth store is one of five across Australia that has closed in the past two weeks, including the Chapel Street store in South Yarra, melbourne, the first store to open in 2011.
The collapse follows a tough time for the Australian retail sector, which has been hurt by falling consumer spending and low wage growth.
The store follows in the footsteps of Payless Shoes, David Lawrence, Marcs and Pumpkin Patch, which were all placed in voluntary administration during the past year.
