Plymouth people are more incapable of paying off their debts than almost anyone else in the country.
The city has one of the highest rates of personal insolvency in the UK, new figures have revealed.

The Insolvency Service has recorded that as many as 35 people to every 10,000 in Plymouth have become insolvent in the last year – equating to around 950 Plymothians.
