The Big Four accounting firms are approaching a combined tally of 9000 lawyers worldwide as a US-based survey reveals most law firms feel threatened and expect regulation in the world’s biggest legal services market may loosen.
PwC has opened a law firm in Washington to liaise and advise on non-US laws and cross-border matters, promoting the multidisciplinary approach increasingly offered by the firm beyond the US including in Australia.
