A new report has revealed that German-Austrian media company Plaion (formerly Koch Media), a subsidiary of Embracer Group, is restructuring its game publishing business, with roughly five to six jobs at stake as the company looks to drop its Deep Silver, Prime Matter, and Ravenscourt labels.
Having rebranded from Koch Media to Plaion last year, the company was acquired in 2018 by Embracer Group (then known as THQ Nordic AB) and since then has responsible for Shenmue III, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the Saints Row reboot, Evil West, and Dead Island 2 amongst other successful video game titles.
