A perth“>Perth construction firm run by globetrotting chief executive Ricky Hirsch has collapsed, just months after it was banned from carrying out building work in WA.
FTD Construction Pty Ltd went into liquidation on Monday, with the business now in the hands of Mathieu Tribut from GTS Advisory.
A notice published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission confirmed the company was being wound up.

Hirsch — who has previously talked about his dreams for an expansive overseas empire and whose social media pages are littered with pictures of yachts, dream cars and luxury getaways — is yet to speak on the liquidation.
WA’s Building and Energy division said the next move for affected clients should be a phone call to their insurer.
