ROCKINGHAM had the biggest rise in regional personal insolvency in the March quarter, according to latest statistics from the Australian Financial Security Authority.
There were 62 debtors in Rockingham, the second highest after Wanneroo.
The statistics from Rockingham and Wanneroo were the main contributors to a 13.1 per cent increase in the number of debtors in WA in the March quarter.
The number of debtors who entered a personal insolvency increased 1.5 per cent in the March quarter 2016 compared to the December quarter 2015.
The number of debtors in WA in the March quarter 2016 rose 10.9 per cent compared to the December quarter 2015.
