September 15 (SeeNews) – Serbia sold the assets of insolvent electronic vehicle equipment maker Zastava Pes for 49.2 million dinars ($447,600/420,000 euro) to local company Ansal Steel, the bankruptcy supervision agency said.
As part of the deal, Ansel Steel acquired 41,5 sq m of land, a production building and four other buildings, the agency said in a statement on Thursday.

Zastava Pet was declared bankrupt in December 2016.
According to the Serbian business registry, Ansal Steel is wholly owned by private individual Dragan Lakicevic. It was founded in May 2008 with a capital of 40,377 dinars.
