The newly opened restaurant at Singapores Resorts World, the complex best known for its 15,000 sq m casino, is billed as Asias first Michelin chef showcase. Every few weeks a new Michelin-starred chef takes charge of the kitchen at Curate, serving up a limited-edition tasting menu in a haute cuisine twist on pop-up dining.
