The son of a former City of Perth employee accused of bribery and corruption says he has concerns for his fathers health in custody.
Brett Edward Kenny, 56, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court yesterday on 16 charges including bribery, corruption, providing false testimony and disclosing restricted material.
He was arrested on Thursday outside a Fyshwick brothel in the ACT.
