Qattro Built has been placed into liquidation, owing more than $4.5 million to unsecured creditors.
It is the second prominent South Australian builder to collapse in a matter of months, with dozens of customers left with unfinished houses after Felmeri Homes was placed into liquidation in July.
Liquidator Duncan Powell said there has been recent unsuccessful attempts to recapitalise Qattro.
