Betting company Tatts Group says it has sold its UK-based slot business Talarius to international gambling company Novomatic for $210 million, and will use the proceeds to pay down debt.
Tatts said its continuing operations excluding Talarius were expected to post net profit for the financial year 2016 in the range of $255 million to $265 million, a little lower than analyst expectations of between $259 million to $282 million.
