The Manchester based company held a meeting with creditors last week and has appointed Fortis Insolvency partner and insolvency practitioner Daniel Taylor.
Creditors have been told that they must submit claims to Fortis.
Brooksdale was set up in 2019 and has nine staff, headed up by sole director, Zeeshan Chaudary. A second director, Mohammed Yusuf Buksh, resigned last October, 18 months after he was appointed.
The company failed to file accounts for year end March 2023, which were due on 31 December. The FY22 micro business accounts showed capital and reserves of 539,335, up from a loss of 22,313 the previous year, with 1.28m in assets in FY22, up from 709,187 in FY21.
