According to latest government figures, gambling is considered to be at risk level for just under 4% of the UK population, and it is estimated that 0.5% have a problem with gambling.
This has a devastating impact on addicts finances, relationships, and mental health, as well on the lives of those around them. The government estimates that 7% of people are negatively affected by other peoples gambling.
