A Victorian man who bankrupted his foes, including a sex worker who wouldn’t take part in a plot to seduce his love interest’s husband, has been jailed for at least six years.
Antonio Datillo, 44, pleaded guilty in the County Court of Victoria to 11 counts of perverting the course of justice, 10 counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice and one count of perjury.
His wife Patricia, 46, pleaded guilty to 13 charges of perjury.
The court was told on Wednesday the pair lied to courts in affidavits about being owed money by their enemies.
They also falsely claimed they’d served invoices over the “debts” and told their victims they planned to take legal action.
