CONCORD In more than 20 years as a representative of the banking industry in New Hampshire, Jerry Little saw some good days and bad days.
One of the worst came early in his tenure as president of the New Hampshire Bankers Association, when in October of 1991 FDIC bank inspectors shut down five banks in downtown Manchester that were on the verge of insolvency amid a real estate crash and recession.
