WASHINGTON (NEWSPLEX) — U.S. Senator Mark Warner has introduced two pieces of legislation to provide relief to young people struggling with student loan debt.
One bill would allow employers to make payments toward employees’ debt using pre-tax income.
The second would make income-based repayment the default option for borrowers of federal student loans.
