The Building Commission last night took the unusual step of issuing a warning about Builtoncorp Pty Ltd, a commercial and residential building company, saying people should be cautious about making payments to the company.
The commission said Builtoncorp had contacted it and advised that it may need to place the company into voluntary liquidation.
