A young man was on three separate good behaviour bonds when he used a job-sharing app to rip off homeowners to pay off a gambling debt, a court has heard.
Reece Phillip Piepers appeared at Gosford Local Court via video link from custody on Thursday where he confirmed his guilty pleas to three counts of fraud and one count of breaking and entering.
Piepers was once a promising fullback who played rugby league for Kincumber Colts and union with the Avoca Beach Sharks.
