Witness statement filed at High Court by Carillion CEO is doing the rounds. Its fascinating. Reveals that expected recovery for creditors in liquidation is 0.8p – 6.6p in the £. Ouch.

Those creditors will include big banks, and also small firms who were contracted by Carillion such as Flora-tec which is already sacking staff.
