Relative chops another over gambling debt | Loop News – Loop News St. Lucia

A cutlass attack earlier today has landed a Micoud resident in a critical but stable condition at hospital.

According to reports, the incident involved two cousins over a gambling debt.

Officers attached to the Micoud Fire Station responded to the incident at Ti Rocher, Micoud at about midday Thursday.

Upon arrival, one man was found with lacerations to the left side of his neck.

Sources close to the victim told Loop News surgery was performed on the victim but he remains unconscious, in a stable condition, and may require blood.
