Pursuant to sub-clause 16 (g) of clause A in Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we would like to bring to your notice that 1st Meeting of Committee of Creditors was held on 30th July, 2018 to discuss the agenda items stated in the notice of the meeting including the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Chakraborty as Resolution Professional of Uttam Value Steels Limited (Company/ Corporate Debtor).

In view of the aforesaid, please be informed that Mr. Rajiv Chakraborty (IP Regn. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00602/2017-18/11053) has been appointed as Resolution Professional of the Company by CoC on August 2, 2018.
